Terms of Use

By accessing or using BudgetWise at budgetwise.apptechno.net or the BudgetWise Android app, you agree to these Terms of Use. BudgetWise is operated by AppTechno (apptechno.net), Murat Akkemik, Sweden.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use BudgetWise. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Do not share your account with others.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use BudgetWise for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the service
• Overload or disrupt the service (e.g., automated scraping, DoS)
• Upload malicious files or content
• Circumvent usage limits or subscription tiers

4. Your Data

All financial data you enter (income, expenses, budgets) remains yours. We do not claim ownership of your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we store and protect it.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Free plan is available with limited features and advertisements.
• Premium plans are billed as described on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Refunds are considered within 7 days of purchase — contact us at info@apptechno.net.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

6. Advertising

Free plan users may see advertisements served by Google AdSense. Premium subscribers do not see ads. We have no control over the content of third-party advertisements.

7. Intellectual Property

All BudgetWise software, design, and branding is owned by AppTechno. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

BudgetWise is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of financial calculations, or error-free operation. BudgetWise is a personal finance tool — it is not financial advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppTechno is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of BudgetWise, including loss of data or financial decisions made based on the app.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Profile → Delete Account.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
